Tony Paul has been in recruitment
for 5 years. Before co-founding Empire Professional
Recruitment Ltd in early 2009, he was a Divisional Manager
for Selection One Ltd. He managed a team of 10 in their
London office, focusing on the Financial and Merger
& Acquisition markets.
Previous to this he was a city trader for Barclays Capital
for 20 years trading foreign exchange and futures on
the money markets in London. He has vast knowledge of
the financial industry and is a passionate and approachable
character who strives on being successful. He has a
large client base of professional organisations with
whom he works very closely with throughout the UK and
abroad
Tony is always looking for new and exciting projects
to work on, where he can utilise his expert financial
and recruitment knowledge.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young
family and is a keen Southend Utd supporter.

Duncan has over 20 years recruitment experience to the
IT, Video Conferencing and Audio Visual industries.
He fully understands the needs of the client and the
many different procedures utilized to source the best
candidates available.
Duncan regularly advises clients
on ‘best practice’ for their recruitment needs, he
has an excellent knowledge of business functionality
and often advises on market rates, availability of
skill set, etc. within the industry.
He is passionate about recruitment
and has an ever growing wealth of contacts from both
a client and candidate perspective.
Duncan prides himself on treating
candidates as human beings and is always prepared
to go that extra mile to find the right job for the
right person. He is always available to give professional
and impartial advice for the benefit of the candidate.
(he has even been known to advise candidates to take
positions offered to them, even though he was not
involved with the recruitment procedure!).
Outside interests include all sport,
but especially supporting his local football team,
the mighty Southend United, Music, Keyboards, cooking,
entertaining, backgammon and will generally embrace
anything new that is challenging that looks like fun!
